This page records every version of Tartan's legal documents, newest first. Each entry gives the date we posted it,
the date it takes effect, whether it is material, and a plain-English summary of what changed. Previous versions
stay available at https://tartannetworks.com/legal/<document>/<version>.
How we give notice (see Terms §13):
