Changes to Tartan's terms and policies

This page records every version of Tartan's legal documents, newest first. Each entry gives the date we posted it, the date it takes effect, whether it is material, and a plain-English summary of what changed. Previous versions stay available at https://tartannetworks.com/legal/<document>/<version>.

How we give notice (see Terms §13):

Material changes. We post them here. Where the console supports it, we also show a notice there to every org's Owners and Admins, who can review and accept the change. A material change takes effect at least 30 days after it is posted.
Other changes. These take effect when posted here.
Urgent changes. A change that the law or a security risk requires can take effect sooner. We post it here the same way.
Data use. A change that widens how we use personal data is a material change. It reaches personal data we already hold only with any consent the law requires.
